PivotTerms of service
These terms apply to use of the Pivot desktop workspace, its Google integrations and this product website. Pivot is maintained by its developer; contact details are provided below.
1. Using Pivot
Use Pivot only for accounts and information you are authorized to access. You remain responsible for the instructions you give, the accounts you connect, the model services you select and actions you approve. Do not use Pivot for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, abusive messaging or interference with another person’s systems.
2. Connected services
Google and model services are third-party services governed by their own terms. Pivot can only perform operations supported by the connector and the permissions you grant. Google integrations are in development and testing; production OAuth verification has not yet been completed. Availability may change because of provider policies, outages, permissions or software updates.
3. AI outputs and actions
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review summaries, extracted information, recipients and proposed actions before relying on them. An authorization grant permits access to a service; it does not mean every external action should be executed without review. Pivot’s policy and approval rules continue to apply.
4. Privacy
The Privacy policy explains connected data use, local storage, AI providers and your revocation controls. Continuous new-mail summaries require separate approval for their model destination. You can stop them by turning notifications Off.
5. Software and availability
Software components may be subject to their included license notices. These terms do not replace rights granted by applicable open-source licenses. Development features are provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free outputs or suitability for a specific task; nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Ending use, changes and contact
You may stop using Pivot and disconnect your Google account at any time. Remove any local data or backups you no longer need. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date. Support: trueme521@gmail.com.

软件组件依其所附许可使用，本条款不替代开源许可赋予的权利。开发功能按可用状态提供；在适用法律允许范围内，不保证持续可用、输出无误或适合特定用途，也不排除法律不得排除的权利或责任。
